- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production and assembly activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production and assembly teams.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Maintain production records, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage inventory usage and minimize material losses and production downtime.
- Resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Support recent product introductions and process improvements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other operational standards, where applicable.
