This role provides an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing technology, data, and customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), enabling organizations to deliver personalized and impactful customer interactions.

The position involves building audience segments, configuring customer journeys, managing multi-channel campaigns, and supporting data integration initiatives. It requires strong critical and analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams to deliver scalable and business-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate will contribute to better customer engagement strategies, campaign optimization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous platform innovation while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and implement solutions using AEP and AJO
- Configure data ingestion, connectors, and XDM schemas
- Build customer journeys and audience segmentation
- Develop workflows and integrations using APIs
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, CRM, etc.)
- Perform data modelling and SQL-based analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills required:

- 5+ years overall experience
- 2+ years in AEP and AJO




- Strong experience in AEP and AJO
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs
- Knowledge of XDM schemas and data models
- Basic programming (JS/Python/PHP)
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Adobe Campaign / CDP experience
- Data engineering exposure
- End-to-end project ownership
