The Civil Department is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The team works closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Verifying bills and invoices received from vendors and contractors for all units and projects.
Analysing variation claims submitted by contractors and vendors, and ensuring proper resolution and timely closure.
Preparing detailed comparative statements to support project evaluations.
Processing invoices in accordance with applicable contract terms and conditions.
Preparing and submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports to higher authorities on a regular basis.
Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQs), and invoices, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Preparing monthly valuations and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
Managing both running account bills and final bills efficiently.
Analysing engineering drawings to prepare accurate quantity statements.
Collaborating with billing teams in the preparation of tendering documentation.
Monitoring project budgets and income to ensure financial control.
Verifying that billed work is corresponding accurately to the actual work completed.
Processing work orders and performing detailed rate analyses
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
