Skills & Requirements:

- Has a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Social media account handling and can lead the social media projects throughout.
- Proficiency in managing social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) with a strong understanding of their features
- Familiarity with current social media marketing practices to achieve marketing goals & KPIs
- Experience with social media marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, SEMRush, Hootsuite
- A very good understanding of each metric followed in social media, especially on Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
- Strategic thinking skills to achieve desired social media marketing objectives
- Having Solid presentation skills to deliver reports.
- Is a business-minded and risk-taker entrepreneur with a high sense of responsibility.
- Is a clear and concise communicator with oral and written communication skills in the English Language and knows at least one additional language (Preferable Hindi)
- Bonus skills: research, design testing, out-of-the-box thinking for clients and the company,

Primary Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
- Communicate with the Team and Lead the team on a daily basis on assigned projects to deliver the scope.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to meet the KPIs.
- Analyze data and create strategic plans for growth on the company’s and client’s social media accounts.
- Creating content calendars on a monthly basis and original content for the company’s and clients’ social media platforms.
- Create or curate content as per the client’s content calendar.
- Sharing timely reports to the client and setting up monthly or bi-monthly meetings to aware the clients about the progress and feedback.
- Provide monthly performance reports to clients.
