Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions before payroll processing.
- Generate salary sheets, payslips, bank transfer statements, and payroll reports.
- Manage Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for resigned employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including:
- PF
- ESI
- PT (where applicable)
- TDS
- LWF
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
- Maintain employee payroll records and confidential salary data.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, manpower, overtime, and salary cost.
- Support payroll audits and statutory inspections.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company payroll policies.
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, exits,



salary revisions, and promotions.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of payroll processing.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Payroll Tax calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP preferred).
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll software (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll, or similar).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
