- Managed Services Support Handle APRISO support tickets incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams

- Process Assessment Consulting Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES preferably Delmia Apriso
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- NET Java
- Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations
- 5 years in requirements gathering architecture and process detailing
- Hands on experience in MES implementation Delmia Apriso suite
- Integration with ERP PLM and shop floor systems
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle database concepts and integration design
- Strong analytical communication and project management skills
- Willingness to travel for consulting engagements
