Job Summary

Star Sea Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily crew operations and ensure smooth coordination between seafarers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and deployment process for seafarers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, joining dates, and travel arrangements.
- Verify and maintain seafarers' certificates, licenses, and other required documents.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Arrange visa, medical examinations, travel bookings, and other joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maritime regulations.
- Provide timely operational support to internal departments and clients.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, recruitment, or maritime crew management (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of maritime recruitment and crew documentation.
- Familiarity with seafarer certifications and joining procedures.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
