- Job Description :

- 1. Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects.

- 2. Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data. Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.

- 3. Construction Site Responsibilities.

- 4. Travelling.

- 5. Technical Activities.

- 6. Preparation of Reports and Schedules.

- 7. Site Engineer for Health and Safety.

- 8. Quality Assurance by Site Engineer.

- 9. Communication and leadership duties.

- 10. Assess project and its requirements.

- 11. Assess the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.

- 12. Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.

- 13. Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.

- 14. Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.

- 15. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.

- 16.



Lead and direct onsite construction teams.

- 17. Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.

- 18. Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.

- 19. Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.

- 20. Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
