Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead – Quality & Data to oversee quality assurance processes while driving data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role involves leading a QA/DA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and leveraging data insights to improve performance, processes, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts and Data-focused resources
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate processes/products through audits and quality checks
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Product) for quality and data improvements
- Track defects/issues, ensure documentation, and follow up on resolution
- Conduct calibration sessions and ensure consistency in quality evaluations
- Provide regular feedback,



coaching, and training to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Data Analysis
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
