We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when need

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
