About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and energetic Client Servicing & Marketing Executive to become the bridge between our clients and our internal team. This role involves managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating projects, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring every campaign is delivered seamlessly from briefing to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and provide regular project updates.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
- Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions with internal teams.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with creative, production, vendors, and operations teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
- Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
- Support on-ground execution whenever required.

Marketing & Business Development





- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Research brands, competitors, and market trends.
- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Support client onboarding and follow-up communications.
- Maintain CRM and sales/project trackers.

Agency Operations

- Coordinate internal workflows across departments.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Assist founders with daily marketing and client servicing operations.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising, experiential, BTL, digital, or creative agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident in handling clients and managing multiple projects.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and Canva.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and strong ownership mindset.
- Willing to travel for meetings, recce, and event executions when required.

Preferred

- Past Experience in agency candidates preferred.
- Experience working with lifestyle, Luxury , Alcobev brands will be an added advantage.
