Job Title: Associate Product Manager ( APM )

Locations : Bangalore ( On Site )

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or ad-tech. The role involves working closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to build and improve programmatic advertising products, drive feature launches, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the product roadmap and feature development.
- Gather requirements from internal teams and customers.
- Work with engineering and design teams to deliver product enhancements.




- Track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign and platform data to generate insights.
- Coordinate with external ad-tech partners such as DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
- Create product documentation, user stories, and release notes.
- Stay updated on trends in programmatic advertising and digital media.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Preferably in Digital Advertising, Ad-Tech, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and digital advertising metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology workplace.
