About the Role:
We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Intern who wants to build a career in digital marketing. As part of our marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience managing real advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels.

This isn't a "watch and learn" internship—you'll work on live campaigns, collaborate with experienced marketers, and learn how businesses use performance marketing to drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist with marketing automation, remarketing campaigns, and conversion tracking implementation when required.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance advertising.




- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience running personal projects, freelance campaigns, college marketing initiatives, or managing social media pages.
- Basic understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing funnels.
