We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, understand clients' need and recommend the most suitable residential or commercial property, providing expert guidance throughout the decision-making and buying process.

Candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales along with strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills. Only candidates with a relevant real estate background are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calling on all assigned sales leads promptly.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, CRM, and post-sales departments whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in post-sales activities such as agreement execution, customer documentation, tile and fitting selection, customization coordination.




- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns whenever required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Good presentation and knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
