Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ServiceNow-related roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for positions such as:
- ServiceNow Developer
- ServiceNow Administrator
- ServiceNow Architect
- ServiceNow Business Analyst
- ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Specialists

- Use various sourcing channels like:

- LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals

- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates on:

- Technical skills
- Project experience
- Communication and cultural fit

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
- Build talent pipelines for recurring ServiceNow requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities

Qualification

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for ServiceNow stack roles
- Valuable understanding of:
- ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Basic ServiceNow architecture and roles

- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with contract / C2H / permanent hiring models
- Exposure to client/vendor coordination.
