Role: HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist in attendance and leave management
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks
- Work on employer branding and internship hiring drives

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, BCom, or relevant degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
