Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help generate new business opportunities and support our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Contact potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Explain our services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and share proposals when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Update daily activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
