Job Summary

Idiosys Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation, with the ability to drive measurable business growth and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Lead On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
- Manage social media marketing strategies and content planning.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports,



and present actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
- Guide and mentor junior marketing team members while ensuring timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with international clients and multi-industry projects is preferred.
