Job Description:The Healthcare Delivery Executive will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of lab samples, medical reports, and other healthcare-related items between clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to healthcare safety standards. The executive will also be responsible for coordinating with healthcare staff, providing real-time updates on deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation for each transfer.

Responsibility:

- Pick-Up & Delivery: Collect and deliver lab samples, medical reports, and other healthcare items between clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.
- Timely & Safe Transport: Ensure samples and reports are delivered within set timeframes while adhering to safety protocols, including handling biohazard materials and maintaining temperature-sensitive items when required.
- Operational Updates Provide regular updates on delivery status and any logistical issues to the operations team.
- Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all items picked up and delivered, ensuring proper documentation is filed for every transaction.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or special requests related to deliveries.
- Compliance with Healthcare Standards: Follow safety protocols, including the correct use of protective equipment and protected handling of medical items.
