What Youll Do

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at PreludeSys, you will:

- Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to customer needs, with an emphasis on NPSP.
- Code Development & Review: Build high-quality code using LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Flows, while conducting peer reviews to ensure standards.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in daily scrum calls with customers and Customer Success Managers, providing technical insights and progress updates.
- Integration: Design and implement robust integrations using REST APIs for seamless system connectivity.
- Migration: Manage data and metadata migrations to ensure smooth transitions during deployment.
- Specialized Modules: Configure and optimize Agentforce, Admin capabilities, Field Service Lightning, and NPSP.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, tools, and coding standards.
- AI Tools: Explore and leverage AI tools to improve solution efficiency and innovation.

Your Skillset

Were looking for an experienced Salesforce professional with deep technical expertise and solutioning skills. Must-haves include:

- Experience:



5+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience, with robust hands-on expertise in NPSP.
- Technical Skills:
- LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Flows
- Integration via REST API
- Data and Metadata Migration
- Agentforce
- Salesforce Administration
- Field Service Lightning, NPSP
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and optimization skills for scalable Salesforce applications.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Certifications Required

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
