We are seeking a passionate and qualified French Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess engaging French language lessons for students. The ideal candidate will foster fluency, cultural appreciation, and a love for language learning while maintaining high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured lessons covering French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
- Create an interactive and immersive classroom environment to encourage active participation
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, oral exams, and projects
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance
- Incorporate French culture, literature, and media into lessons to enhance learning
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development and school events
- Organize or support extracurricular activities such as language clubs, cultural events, or exchange programs




- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification/license (as per regional requirements)
- Proven experience teaching French at the relevant grade/education level
- Fluency in French (native or near-native proficiency) and strong command of English (or the school's medium of instruction)
- Familiarity with up-to-date language-teaching methodologies (communicative approach, immersion techniques, etc.)
