1. Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service
Department: F&B; Service
Experience: 6months- 4 years
Location – Olive Down Town Kadavanthra ( Ernakulam)
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
Skills Required:
· Good communication skills (English preferred)
· Customer service orientation
· Basic food & beverage service knowledge
· Positive attitude and grooming standards
· Ability to work in shifts
· Team player
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve food and beverages to guests.
· Take guest orders and ensure prompt service.
· Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
· Ensure guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
