1. Provides Career Counseling and mentor the students
2. Developing training programs according to requirements
3. Observe and evaluate results of training programs
4. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
5. Manage and creates learning environment and helped students/kids to develop maturity..
6.
Work in an agile environment with the defined sprints to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines
7. Adhere to best practices and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality, effectiveness and productivity
