Job Title: Buddy Counsellor

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Buddy Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, addressing their queries, and supporting them throughout the admission journey. You will play a key role in helping students choose the right professional certification program while ensuring a seamless counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and understand their academic and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information about edZeb's courses, certifications, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other student inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the admission process.
- Assist students with the enrollment process and required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of student experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1.5 year of experience in counselling, admissions, customer support, telecalling, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, follow up effectively, and work in a target-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
