We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Executive to support client communication, internal coordination, and operational activities. This role involves handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communications, including responding to basic queries and sharing project updates through official channels
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice-related communication and client follow-ups
- Support new client onboarding communication in collaboration with the Sales team
- Assist with Odoo entries, including ticket creation and issue tracking
- Prepare and consolidate client communication reports (CRE reports) for internal review
- Coordinate with the Operations team to gather updates and ensure timely communication to clients
- Maintain proper documentation and communication records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn tools like Odoo or CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
