Sterling Green Power Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Safety Officer / Safety Engineer to ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across Genset, Power Solutions, and MEP project sites.

The role focuses on implementing safety practices, minimizing risks, and ensuring safe execution of installation, testing, and commissioning activities at project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Perform regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare corrective action reports
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage Permit-to-Work systems (hot work, confined space, electrical, lifting, etc.)
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors for safety compliance
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and records

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.E. / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
- NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in Genset / Power / MEP / HVAC / EPC projects




- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety practices
- Experience with reputed MEP or HVAC companies such as Voltas or Blue Star preferred
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates based in Hyderabad preferred
- Candidates willing to relocate can also apply
- Notice period up to 30 days or immediate joiners preferred
