- Maintain and organize patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Collect, verify, scan, file, and retrieve inpatient and outpatient records.
- Ensure proper documentation and completeness of patient files.
- Update patient data in Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Prepare records for audits, insurance claims, legal cases, and accreditation purposes.
- Maintain coding, indexing, and record retention as per hospital policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Track missing records and coordinate with departments for timely submission.
Eligibility:
- Diploma / Degree in Medical Record Technology
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication
Experience:
- 0–4 years preferred in hospital MRD operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
