We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while supporting the institute’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various positions.
* Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
* Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and attendance.
* Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and HR documentation.
* Maintain employee files and ensure HR policy compliance.
* Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
* Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
* Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR or equivalent preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
* Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
* Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: ₹15000- ₹30000
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
