Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, accounting operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, payroll management, ESI, PF, and other accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Generate monthly financial reports and MIS reports.

Process employee payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives, overtime, and reimbursements.

Manage statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, Professional Tax (if applicable), TDS, and GST.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.

Handle employee PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, and related documentation.

Maintain employee salary records and payroll documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, banks,



and government authorities when required.

Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounting and payroll.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime and MS Excel.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with payroll management and salary processing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
