About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our Film, animation and advertising production team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between creative, technical, and client-facing departments, maintain production schedules, coordinate asset deliveries, and support producers and directors throughout the project lifecycle — from pitch to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily workflow between Film, animation, VFX, editorial, and advertising teams
- Track production schedules, timelines, and milestones across multiple ad campaigns/animation projects
- Maintain and update production trackers, shot lists, and status reports
- Liaise with clients and agencies for feedback rounds, approvals, and deliverable specs
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, recordings, or studio sessions as needed
- Manage file organization,



version control, and delivery of final assets
- Assist in scheduling reviews, dailies, and internal/client meetings
- Ensure timely communication of changes, revisions, and deadlines across teams

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in production coordination (animation, VFX, advertising, or TV/OTT preferred); freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in production tracking tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Basic understanding of animation/VFX/advertising production pipelines is a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a rapid-paced studio environment
