We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Kaloor | Ernakulam

KLM Assets Fin is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Ernakulam, Kaloor Branch. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the NBFC, chit fund, or financial services sector, along with strong communication, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates residing in Ernakulam, Kaloor, or nearby locations
- Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current business through field marketing, customer visits, referrals, networking, and local promotional activities.
- Identify prospective customers and promote the company's chit fund schemes by clearly explaining their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through effective planning and execution.
- Support collection activities by following up on installment payments whenever required.




- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor local market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide market feedback to improve branch performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and daily business activities.
- Work closely with the branch team to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the NBFC, chit fund, or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and customer service practices.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for business development activities.
