Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Transport In-charge to oversee our entire fleet operations, logistics planning, maintenance, and statutory compliance. You will ensure 100% vehicle uptime, optimal fuel efficiency, and seamless transit of textile goods and personnel. Key Responsibilities:

- Operations: Plan daily routes and dispatch 8 commercial vehicles for textile transport and 6 cars for corporate/staff travel.
- Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown repairs, and control spare parts inventory to maximize fleet uptime.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% timely renewal of all statutory documents including RC, Fitness Certificates, Road Tax, Insurance, and PUC.
- Team Management: Monitor driver performance, maintain strict logbooks,



and track daily fuel consumption metrics.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4–6+ years of proven experience managing commercial fleets (preferably in manufacturing or textiles).
- Skills: Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics, route optimization, and regional transport laws.
- Traits: Excellent team leadership, cost-control focus, and problem-solving skills.
- Preference : Locals who are in and around erode or perundurai are mostly preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
