JOB DESCRIPTION

- Designation: Quality Executive

- Job Location : South Delhi, New Delhi

- PQE : 3 – 5 years

- Education : Any graduate/Post graduate

- Profile : In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality and information security systems, policies, and procedures. You will conduct regular audits, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will provide training to employees on quality and information security standards and best practices.

Job Description

- Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedure.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and information security standards.
- Liaising with external certifying bodies for external audits planning, facilitation of audits.
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
- Should be a Certified Internal Auditor.
- Should have used and implemented lean and kaizen tools.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Must be proactive and valuable at verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide quality work.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Should have efficiency towards work.
- Time Management Ability.
- Should be Six Sigma certified.
- Lead Auditor for ISO9001:2015, ISO27001:2013
