Roles & Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and accessories

 Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

 Assist customers with installation and configuration

 Configure IP cameras and NVR systems

 Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues

 Handle technical queries from customers, dealers, and distributors

 Provide remote troubleshooting via phone, email, or remote tools

 Maintain service records and support tickets

Requirements:

 Basic networking knowledge (IP address, routers, LAN)

 Understanding of computer hardware and operating systems

 Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 Positive communication and customer support skills

Experience: 1– 5 years

Qualification: B. Tech., Diploma / Degree in Electronics, IT, or Computer Science

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
