Job Summary
NextGen Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and scheduling follow-ups to support the sales process. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
