Job Summary
CereBulb is looking to onboard an experienced Steel Process Quality Consultant with solid domain expertise in steel manufacturing, production quality, and operational processes.

The consultant will evaluate current production, quality, and operational workflows within steel plants and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement, quality enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role involves working closely with plant teams and digital solution teams to identify opportunities for implementing Digital Quality Management systems, AI/ML-driven insights, process optimization, and data management improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Observe and analyze existing steel production and operational workflows
- Understand end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes
- Evaluate current quality control systems and inspection procedures
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, quality issues, and inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements in:
- Production Quality
- Process Flow
- Operational Efficiency
- Data Capture and Management
- Reporting and Traceability

- Support Digital Quality Management initiatives across steel operations
- Work with technology teams to define AI/ML use cases for quality improvement
- Assist in the development of smarter quality monitoring and predictive analytics systems
- Provide domain insights for process standardization and continuous improvement





Requirements:

- Experience in the Steel Industry is compulsory
- Strong hands-on exposure in:
- Steel Production Operations
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Process Improvement
- Operational Excellence

- Experience working in steel plants or steel manufacturing environments
