Position: HR Manager (Group Companies)
Location: Adalaj & Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee HR operations for our group companies.

The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and overall HR operations across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Conduct performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Organize training and development programs
- Coordinate HR operations across multiple companies and locations
- Prepare HR reports and support management in organizational planning

Requirements





- MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–10 years of HR experience
- Experience in education sector and corporate/group company HR preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling multi-company HR operations
- Strong recruitment and people management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
