Job Title: Interior Site Foreman – Interior Fit-Out Works
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, monitoring site progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of works as per drawings and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all interior fit-out activities at site including carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
- Manage and monitor site labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, consultants, and clients for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily work progress and site reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Ensure proper material handling and control wastage.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards at site.
- Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and coordinate with all teams.
- Attend client/site meetings whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, office, retail, and residential interiors.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution accordingly.
- Good manpower handling and site management skills.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution methods.
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
