Job Description – IT Executive

Position: IT ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day IT operations within the office.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services if required.
- Maintain data backups and basic IT security protocols.
- Support office systems, attendance devices, and basic server/network operations.

Requirements:

- Candidate should have experience as an IT Executive/IT Support in the BPO industry.
- Basic knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience)
