Salary -₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

Mishita Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and proactive E-Commerce Manager to manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling e-commerce platforms, managing product listings, monitoring orders, coordinating with internal teams, and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, FirstCry, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock availability.
- Process orders, returns, replacements, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Track marketplace performance and maintain account health.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with CRM, Dispatch, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve marketplace issues, customer escalations, and listing-related problems.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product trends,



and marketplace updates.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra, or other marketplaces.
- Product Listing & Catalog Management.
- Inventory & Order Management.
- Marketplace Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Sales Analysis and MIS Reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
