We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Counsellor – Credit Transfer to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in academic counselling and credit transfer processes, with the ability to guide students through academic pathways, admissions, and enrollment procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a student-centric approach to ensure a seamless counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive academic counselling to prospective and existing students regarding course selection, academic pathways, and credit transfer opportunities.
- Evaluate academic transcripts and determine credit transfer eligibility in accordance with institutional policies and partner university requirements.
- Coordinate with universities and partner institutions to obtain credit transfer approvals and ensure compliance with academic regulations.
- Assist students throughout the admissions, application, and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and counselling reports in CRM and institutional systems.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads, nurture prospective students, and achieve enrollment and conversion targets.
- Offer professional guidance and support to students and parents, addressing academic concerns and career aspirations.
- Stay updated on higher education policies,



academic frameworks, and credit transfer regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar student advisory role.
- Mandatory experience in Education Sector as Academic counsellor.
- Solid understanding of higher education systems, academic policies, and admissions processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
