About Haus of Bars

Haus of Bars is India’s leading D2C brand in the home bar and

grills category. We design premium home bars, electric

tandoors, and innovative cooking appliances for modern

homes.

We’re building a strong in-house creative team to scale content,

ads, and brand presence across digital platforms.

What This Role Is Really About

This is not a “make things look nice” role.

This role is about creating visuals that drive clicks, engagement,

and conversions.

If you understand the difference between good design and

design that sells, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design creatives for:

- Performance marketing ads (Meta & Google)

- Social media (Instagram-first content)

- Website banners and landing pages

- Create high-conversion ad creatives (static + motion

where possible)

- Work closely with performance marketer to iterate

based on results

- Develop and maintain a consistent premium brand

aesthetic

- Create product visuals, infographics, and campaign

creatives

- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms

- Support content shoots with design direction

(optional but preferred)

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of graphic design experience

- Strong portfolio (especially digital-first / D2C work)

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator





- Canva (for quick turnarounds)

- Good understanding of:

- Social media design

- Ad creatives and hooks

- Layout, typography, and color

- Ability to work fast and iterate quickly

- Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense

Big Plus If You Have

- Experience designing for D2C or e-commerce

brands

- Basic video/motion skills (After Effects, Premiere

Pro, CapCut, etc.)

- Understanding of performance marketing (what

makes ads convert)

- Experience working with content teams

What We Don’t Want

- Only branding/logo-focused designers with no digital

experience

- Slow designers who can’t handle quick iterations

- Candidates who design without understanding the

brief or objective

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
