Key Requirement for the Position

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architect or senior engineering role.
Proven experience with cloud-native application development (preferably in .NET, Java, or Node.js ecosystems).

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of application architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven, serverless, etc.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices: CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, IaC: Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor.
Experience with public cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
Working knowledge of Git, REST APIs, security standards (OAuth2, SSO), and SDLC automation.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor junior developers and provide architecture/design guidance.
Solid problem-solving mindset and ownership-driven approach.

Job Description

Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures for enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
Define and implement DevOps strategies including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment with platform and architecture standards.
Drive the implementation of microservices architecture and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Support cloud-native development and deployment practices using platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Mentor and guide development teams on application architecture and DevOps practices.
Continuously improve existing architecture and DevOps processes with focus on performance, cost optimization, and developer productivity.
