We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to promote our Agricultural and Domestic Automation solutions. The role involves engaging with farmers, dealers, industries, and homeowners to identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth through field marketing and market development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and meet potential customers, including farmers, dealers, industries, commercial establishments, and individual homeowners.

- Promote the company's agricultural automation and Domestic/industrial automation solutions.

- Generate recent business leads through direct field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, architects, builders, and business owners.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable automation solutions.

- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and promotional events whenever required.





- Maintain daily visit reports and update customer details in the CRM or sales reporting system.

- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.

- Represent the company professionally and strengthen the company's brand in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- Any UG/PG Degree or Diploma.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or field sales (Freshers with good marketing skills can also apply).

- Knowledge of agricultural products, irrigation systems, or automation solutions will be an added advantage.
