We are currently hiring MIS Executive & Sales Coordinator !!! (Experience in FMCG/ Food Processing/ Beverage sector mandatory)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Application Training & Onboarding

· Lead the end-to-end application training and onboarding process for all Current Joiners within the sales department.

· Create simple user guides or conduct walk-through sessions to ensure new team members understand how to log attendance, input leads, and track targets on the company app.

· Ensure 100% adoption of digital tools by new employees right from their first week.

2. Field Executive Technical Support

· Serve as the primary point of contact to assist field executives with any real-time application troubleshooting, login issues, or data entry errors.

· Gather feedback from the field regarding app performance, glitches, or feature requests, and escalate them to the IT/technical team for resolution.

· Ensure minimal downtime for field executives so they can focus on their core sales targets.

3. Sales Team Coordination





· Maintain constant coordination with the sales team to align on daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Act as a central communication hub to pass critical updates, management decisions, and policy changes from headquarters down to the regional sales teams.

· Follow up with team members to ensure timely submission of daily field reports and expense logs.

4. MIS & Sales Report Generation

· Responsible for generating comprehensive sales reports pulled from the application database.

· Customize and format data as per specific sales requirements from upper management (e.g., daily sales trackers, regional performance metrics, or pipeline analysis).

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports to help managers make informed, data-backed decisions.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Any Graduation will work.
