We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer for the Casting Industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, handling inspection processes, resolving quality issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality control practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspection of casting components and raw materials
Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to quality standards
Handle in-process and final inspection activities
Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
Prepare quality reports, documentation, and inspection records
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvement
Handle customer complaints and quality audits
Ensure implementation of quality tools and processes
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of casting processes and quality standards
Experience in handling measuring instruments and inspection tools
Understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation
Strong communication and analytical skills
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in the Casting Industry preferred
