Role Overview

An Accountant Executive is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting. They act as a bridge between financial operations and management, ensuring smooth execution of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decisions.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.




- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
