The Registered Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of prescribed medicines and over-the-counter (OTC) products, while maintaining full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Validate and review prescriptions for accuracy, safety , and compliance before dispensing (Schedule H/H1/X)
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act and Drugs & Cosmetics Act
Manage drug inventory, ensuring availability, FEFO adherence, and minimal expiry loss
Monitor repeat prescriptions and support therapy continuity
Responsible managing and selling OTC (over the counter ) products
Guide OTC staff and enforce non-licensed dispensing restrictions
Maintain ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and SOP compliance.
Candidate Profile
Education & Qualification:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Mandatory) Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
Experience:
0-2 years in retail/hospital pharmacy.
Core Competencies:
Solid drug knowledge and counseling skills
Excellent efficiency to validate all prescribed medicines
Inventory and compliance management expertise
POS/pharmacy software proficiency
High ethical standards, communication, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
