Role Description

The Purchase Manager – Accessories will oversee procurement activities, ensuring effective sourcing, vendor management, and timely availability of raw materials and accessories. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to forecast material requirements and resolving supply chain challenges. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end procurement of garment accessories
- Vendor sourcing & price negotiation
- Ensure timely material availability
- Cost control with quality focus
- Coordination with Production, Merchandising & QA
- PO management, follow-ups & inventory planning

What We’re Looking For:

4–5 yrs experience in accessories purchasing

Experience with buyers (Reliance / Zara / Westside / Max)

Strong negotiation & vendor management skills

Knowledge of trims & sourcing markets

Excel / ERP knowledge

Ability to work in fast-paced environment
