About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL databases, and modern software development practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality backend systems, optimize performance, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Design and implement database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Work with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed features.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and authentication mechanisms.
- Exposure to Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
- Experience working with containerized applications.
